We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) and Klarna. All transactions are processed securely. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Eloma Shop ships worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimated at checkout. As we use dropshipping via CJ Dropshipping, typical delivery times are 7–20 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@eloma.shop. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@eloma.shop with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
